JSI is currently seeking a Manager of Inside Sales whose primary responsibilities will be:

  • Establishing and documenting all product and services sales goals;
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of collateral materials/resources for clients;
  • Prepare/present comprehensive reports generated from CRM platforms;
  • Overseeing internal sales and communications training;
  • Assisting all staff in supporting the sales process;
  • Collaborating with VPs and Directors on outreach/sales plans to achieve targeted goals; and
  • Representing JSI at National and Regional shows and JSI seminars.

Successful candidate will bring:

  • 10+ years sales experience in the telecommunications, energy, and other utility industries;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field;
  • Proven track record of success sales cycle from plan to close;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated;
  • Ability to travel 20%;
  • Working knowledge of MS Suite, including Excel;
  • Experience with CRM platform(s).
