You will also help develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs for our clients, which may include preparing webinars, training, and written materials. You may also conduct audits of client filings to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

You may also maintain and track federal filing deadlines, including monitoring the Federal Register, FCC Daily Digest, and other sources for deadlines. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with state filings and grant applications, developing and maintaining templates for forms and documents, including but not limited to checklists, cover letters, requests for confidentiality, correspondence, and disclosure statements the Regulatory Affairs Department routinely uses.

This position has a minimum billable-hours requirement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred.

Broadband Compliance Consultant / Manager – Maryland HQ

Our clients have been successfully pursuing the flurry of broadband funding from across the federal government and state broadband offices, and they are preparing to apply for the $65 billion dedicated to broadband-related infrastructure over the next five years as well as all the state broadband funding opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred but not required.

  • Minimum of five years’ experience preparing grant or funding applications and responding to RFPs.

The Financial Services (FS) practice of JSI is looking to add talented financial professionals at the Director level to focus on managing the execution of client engagements and building out our portfolio valuation and fund advisory practice.
