In the fourth and final session of JSI’s Grant Compliance Training Series, our session participants will have the opportunity to learn about the relevant types of audits, how to prepare for them, and how to develop a strong audit defense, among other things. In addition, our team cover how to successfully close out an award, avoid penalties, and steer clear of the Inspector General.

• Key considerations about financial statements;
• What you need to know about follow-up and corrective actions;
• Insight into Rural Utilities Service (RUS) audits; and
• How to successfully close out an award, avoid penalties, and steer clear of the Inspector General.
