Join JSI for our upcoming online training session on “Procurement: Who, What, Why, and How?,” which will be taking place on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 2:00 pm (EDT).
In the inaugural session of JSI’s Grant Compliance Training Series, our session participants will have the opportunity to learn about the relevant procurement rules and regulations (including practical examples of how to comply), including: Build America, Buy America; the US Department of Agriculture’s (USDA’s) separate set of rules for Build America; and bonding requirements.
Training Objectives
In our “Procurement: Who, What, Why, and How?” training session, our team will perform an in-depth examination of a wide range of topics, including:
- An overview of procurement;
- Subrecipients versus contractors;
- Critical procurement requirements and methods; and
- Buy America and bonding.
