Greenbelt, MD – January 7, 2026 – JSI, a leading broadband consulting and engineering solutions provider, today announced the addition of two senior leaders to its executive team: Adrian Fitzgerald joins as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Evan Feinman will serve as Vice President of Strategy . Adrian Fitzgerald Appointed Chief Revenue Officer
As CRO, Mr. Fitzgerald will oversee all aspects of JSI’s revenue operations, including business development, sales strategy, customer success, revenue optimization, and marketing. He brings more than three decades of experience driving growth and transformation across global telecommunications and technology organizations. His prior leadership roles include senior positions at Plume Design, Sandvine (now AppLogic Networks), Oracle, and Tekelec, where he led large-scale revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, and business transformation initiatives that delivered sustained top and bottom line growth.

Evan Feinman Joins as Vice President of Strategy
Mr. Feinman joins JSI as a nationally recognized leader in technology, telecommunications, economic development, and public policy. Evan most recently served as the founding Director of the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program, where he oversaw the design and execution of broadband deployment strategies across all 56 U.S. states and territories, one of the most significant national broadband initiatives to date.
Prior to BEAD, he held senior roles within the Virginia state government, including serving as Chief Broadband Advisor to the Governor, overseeing over $2 billion in new broadband deployment, as well as Executive Director of a $500 million fund to drive economic growth and broadband expansion across rural communities. His diverse background also includes serving as Deputy Secretary of Natural Resources, advising political campaigns, and advising corporate leaders, governors, and national cabinet secretaries on infrastructure, technology, and regulatory strategy.
