Todd Wilson

Todd Wilson serves as President, Fiber Network Design & Implementation at JSI, where he leads the delivery of large-scale fiber network design and deployment programs in support of customer growth and operational performance. He is responsible for aligning strategy, execution, and resources to deliver high-quality, scalable network solutions.

Todd oversees multidisciplinary teams spanning network design, engineering, software development, and customer service. He focuses on building efficient operating rhythms, strengthening execution discipline, and driving continuous improvement to enhance profitability, service quality, and customer outcomes.

With extensive experience leading large, diverse organizations, Todd is known for scaling operations, managing complex transformations, and executing recovery and performance improvement initiatives. His leadership emphasizes accountability, inclusion, and alignment by ensuring teams are unified around JSI’s strategic direction and committed to delivering results.
