JSI Announces Leadership Transition: Todd Wilson Named Chief Executive Officer
Todd Wilson promoted from President, Fiber Design & Implementation
Greenbelt, MD — [July 9, 2026] — The JSI Board of Directors today announced a leadership transition, appointing Todd Wilson as Chief Executive Officer. Wilson succeeds David Makuen, who is departing after almost two years leading the company.
“The Board believes Todd is the right leader for JSI’s next phase. Under his leadership, our fiber design and implementation business has delivered strong revenue growth, expanded margins, and set the standard for infusing technology into our operating model,” said Tasos Tsolakis, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “On behalf of the Board, I also want to thank David for his contributions: leading JSI through the Logicom acquisition, providing steady leadership through last year’s BEAD program revisions, and investing in our people through initiatives like JSI University.”

About Todd Wilson
Todd Wilson has served as President, Fiber Network Design & Implementation at JSI since 2024, where he leads outside plant (OSP) engineering, design, and construction management. He brings roughly 32 years in telecommunications, including senior leadership roles at Ericsson, Nokia, and AT&T, among others.
A native of rural Oklahoma, Todd has a lifelong passion for bringing connectivity to all Americans. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Todd and his wife, Dainyell, have been married for 30 years and have five children. He is based in Dallas, Texas.
