Amanda brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to her role at JSI, shaped by nearly two decades of experience spanning finance, operations, and executive leadership within the telecommunications industry. As Senior Director of Business Operations Consulting, she leads efforts to help broadband providers strengthen operational performance, improve efficiency, and scale with confidence.
Prior to joining JSI, Amanda held leadership roles across rural and regional providers, including Assistant General Manager at Central Texas Telephone Cooperative and Director of Business Operations at Taylor Telecom. In these roles, she was deeply involved in the day-to-day realities of running a broadband business — from financial oversight and process improvement to network operations and customer experience. This hands-on experience gives her a practical, real-world understanding of the challenges providers face as they grow.
Throughout her career, Amanda has been recognized for her ability to bridge data and execution — translating complex operational and financial insights into clear, actionable strategies. She has led initiatives that improve organizational efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and support long-term business performance. Her background also includes experience with billing systems, financial analysis, and cross-functional leadership, enabling her to connect the dots across the entire operation.
