Ann Montgomery

Professional Experience and Accomplishments

Ann has spent more than three decades building and leading teams across the broadband and cable industry. Her experience includes senior executive positions with TCI, AT&T Broadband, Comcast, Liberty Global, Charter Communications, and Mercury Broadband, with responsibilities spanning field operations, customer care, engineering, network planning, construction, technology deployment, and business operations.

Earlier in her career, Ann served as Executive Vice President of Fulfillment Services and Operations for AT&T Broadband and its predecessor, TCI, where she oversaw customer care, field operations, information systems, and billing functions. She later served as Regional Senior Vice President for Comcast’s Southwest Region, leading operations across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California.

Ann has also held international leadership roles with Liberty Global and most recently served as Chief Operations Officer at Mercury Broadband, where she led field operations and service centers, network engineering and planning, and wireless and fiber construction. That broad operational experience gives Ann a unique perspective on how network, technology, customer experience, and people come together to support a successful broadband organization.

Throughout her career, Ann has been recognized for both industry leadership and her commitment to developing others. She is a recipient of the NCTA Vanguard Award for Cable Operations Management, a Cablevision Magazine/WICT “Wonder Woman,” a WICT “Woman to Watch,” a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, and a member of the Cable TV Pioneers.

Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University and earned her Master of Science in Information, Communications and Technology, with a focus on Broadband Telecommunications, from the University of Denver in 2024.
