JSI Announces Todd Wilson as New President of Fiber Design and Engineering

May 20, 2024 – Greenbelt, MD: JSI is pleased to announce that Todd Wilson has joined the company as the President of our Fiber Design, Implementation and Engineering Division. Todd will focus on providing the highest level of outside plant services to our clients, ensuring we uphold our standards of excellence with both his leadership and extensive experience in the industry.

Prior to joining JSI, Todd served as the Regional Vice President of Dish Wireless. In this role, he successfully led their teams of leasing/zoning experts, development managers, construction managers, radio engineers and field engineers.  At Dish, Todd had clear accountability for executing the overall company strategy and achieved the highest level of employee satisfaction in the company while also overseeing the first two commercial markets (Boost) in Houston and Dallas, Texas. Prior to his tenure at Dish, Todd held several strategic positions with Ericsson including Chief Operating Officer of Managed Services, Vice President of National Field Services and Vice President of Customer Services and Business Operations AT&T through which he led and pursued some of the most significant projects and sales opportunities in the company. Under his leadership, he maintained growth and improved customer and employee satisfaction while undergoing technology change. Earlier in his career, Todd held several leadership positions within Nokia and AT&T, improving operational metrics and instituting best practices for new system integration while growing each business significantly in service volume and profit.

Todd brings to JSI more than 30 years of engineering and operations experience in the telecom industry. We are excited to have his proven success in process improvement, strategy execution, business growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
