All providers participating in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) must complete their ACP Annual Certifications and submit them through the Universal Service Administrative Company’s (USAC’s) online Affordable Connectivity Claims System (ACCS) by December 31, 2022.
Please note that only the registered 497 Officer of an ACP participating provider may submit the ACP Annual Certification. As part of this process, the 497 Officer must confirm that the provider has policies and procedures in place to comply with all ACP rules and procedures. After completing the ACP Annual Certification, an ACP provider will not need to certify again until the next calendar year.
Who Must File
As noted above, only the officer of an ACP participating provider who has been duly registered as a 497 Officer can access and sign that provider’s ACP Annual Certification.
To register, officers completing the ACP Annual Certification must include their first name, last name, phone number, and the Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) in a message to ACProgram@usac.org.
