Webinar: Complying with the FCC’s New Broadband Data Collection Requirements

On February 22, 2022, the FCC announced that all fixed and mobile broadband service providers must submit broadband availability data in the FCC’s Broadband Data Collection (BDC) system between June 30 and September 1, 2022, in accordance with the Broadband Deployment Accuracy and Technological Availability (DATA) Act.

The relatively unclear guidance in this case, combined with the possibility of subsequent enforcement actions, requires companies to be proactive and to file their submissions early.
