ACP Data Collection Deadline Extended to November 30

ACP Data Collection Deadline Extended to November 30

Today, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced an extension of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) transparency data collection deadline until November 30, 2023. The Universal Service Administration Company (USAC) has identified technical issues that may have affected certain filers and is actively working to mitigate them. This extension allows ACP providers additional time to submit their data and will allow affected filers additional time to submit any remaining data.

With Federal holidays coming up, JSI encourages companies to submit their data as soon as possible and to file well ahead of the extended data submission deadline.
