This fireside chat is a great way for JSI clients and interested broadband service providers to ask questions about compliance with the FCC’s new rules.

As JSI outlined in their December 2023 webinar and previous e-Lert, the new Digital Discrimination establishes a framework to facilitate equal access to broadband internet access service by preventing digital discrimination of access to that service based on income level, race, ethnicity, color, religion, and national origin.

This fireside chat is intended to help broadband providers prepare for the adoption of comprehensive compliance programs that ensure full adherence to the new digital discrimination prohibition.

In addition, to assist broadband service providers with compliance obligations, JSI has developed several services to help broadband service providers meet the FCC’s new requirements. These include an assessment of a provider’s service offerings, risk assessment mapping using JSI’s customizable software programs, and guides and materials to support compliance objectives.

We encourage clients to reach out to JSI to discuss compliance options and begin the compliance assessment process as soon as possible. Parties interested in JSI’s compliance solutions or have questions about the rules should contact Jenn Holtz or Chris Canter or call 301-459-7590.
