JSI Welcomes Michele Friedman as Its New Chief Operating Officer

July 18, 2023 – Greenbelt, MD: JSI is pleased to announce that Michele Friedman has joined the company as its new COO. Michele’s initial focus will be on the Consulting and Business Advisory Division and to maintain the seamless execution of all customer plans and applications related to the Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) program.

Prior to joining JSI, Michele served as the COO of Tribalco, an IT and telecommunications systems integrator, where she led the Sales, Engineering Technical Services and Operations teams to significantly grow revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. Before her time at Tribalco, Michele was Vice President of Portfolio and Program Management at Discovery Communications. Earlier in her career, she was a partner in Accenture’s Communications and High-Tech consulting practice, developing IT solutions and launching new products and services for established telecommunications clients and emerging market entrants.

Michele has more than 30 years of experience working with Fortune, Mid-Market, and Startup public and private companies in the commercial and government sectors, providing leadership, strategy, client services, and operations excellence.
