2020 NPAC ACQ Letters Due March 26

January 15, 2020

The Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC) administrator, iconectiv, has distributed the 2020 Annual Continued Qualification (ACQ) certification notices to NPAC-registered service providers. The certification is due to iconectiv no later than March 26, 2020.

This year, the process has changed slightly u0336 iconectiv is requiring all service providers to respond directly to the 2020 ACQ notice with the pre-populated PDF letter provided in the email distributed to companies. The letter will be pre-populated with company name and service provider identifier (SPID) and must be signed, dated and returned to iconectiv.

All service providers are required to only return the signed and dated PDF attachment distributed by iconectiv. Other forms of ACQ certification, such as printed and scanned documents, will not be accepted.

JSI can assist in submission of the ACQ certification on behalf of your company and maintain records of submission on file.
